In a move that is more nominative than substantive, the APS board will vote on a change of title at tonight's meeting. The executive assistant to the Arlington Public Schools superintendent will become the "Chief of Staff."

"The position is a reclassification," said APS spokesperson Frank Bellavia. "It's a title change."

Michael Korff holds that position under Superintendent Patrick Murphy.
