HALRB had the plans listed on the agenda for tonight, but the developer will present later this year, officials said.

A quick word from Rebecca Ballo, a county historical affairs staffer: although the Historical Affairs and Landmarks Review Board expected to see plans tonight for the 2300 and 2400 blocks of Columbia Pike, the board will not. The developer will take another month or two before unveiling their ideas, Ballo said.
