Hello newsletter and website editors,

I know many of you already read the Arlington Mercury regularly (thanks!). But did you know you can use Merc stories in your own publications and on your association websites? This applies to civic, condominium and renter associations!

The Mercury--as the only nonprofit news source dedicated to Arlington--shares its content under a Creative Commons, Attribution-NonCommercial- ShareAlike license.

Find the details:

Although you want to read the licensing provisions, the basic idea is this: you may use the textual, audio and video content of our site so long you give us credit for the original piece and allow others to use your version (if you edit ours) in a similar way.

(Please contact us before using still images--we do not always have the rights to redistribute those.)

Please feel free to contact me with questions or concerns. Otherwise, please, use our content!

Meliora,

Steve
