    The U.S. Army Blues, part of the United States Army Band “Pershing’s Own,” is the premier jazz ensemble of the United States Army. First organized in 1970, the 18-piece band became an official element of the Army Band in 1972.

    Enjoy music, theater and dance concerts under the stars, as one of Arlington’s hidden gems sparkles with a Free Summer Evening Concert Series at Lubber Run Amphitheater, N. Columbus and N. 2nd streets, Arlington.

    The regular series at Lubber Run continues through Aug. 4, on Fridays and Saturdays (at 8p.m.), and Sundays (at 6p.m., or as otherwise listed).  Bring a picnic and (non-alcoholic) refreshments, and spend a star-filled night with your friends!
