Storms, Streetcars and Buses

What will happen on Columbia Pike and U.S. 1 when storms take out the power for the trolleys? It won't be pretty.

Will the County or Metro run extra buses? I wouldn't bet on it.

You HAVE to be Kidding

As of this morning, July 1st, at least 20 Arlington residents with pre-existing medical conditions have died since Friday from remaining in overheated home, apartments, condos without power. Hundreds more have been taken to hospitals.

Why do I have to visit the Arlington Yupette blog to know what's going on in the County?
